Monica Frohmann Auberger
Licensed Classical Homeopath
I have been practicing homeopathy full time since 1999. After suffering for years with a chronic disease and traditional treatment methods failing, I decided to research alternative methods of healing. Soon, I came across homeopathy and I never looked back. After studying for three years at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine (CCHM), I went on to do a three-year post-graduate course on Hahnemannian Homeopathy as well. Meanwhile, I had already opened my practice and was witnessing first-hand, the incredible healing power of Homeopathy.
Several years later, I started teaching for my Alma Mater as well as supervising the student clinic.
In April 2015, Homeopathy became a regulated profession in Ontario. At that time, I went through the rigorous process of qualifying for registration, and have upheld my Full Class membership with the College of Homeopaths of Ontario since then.
After 18 years treating patients in Newmarket, Ontario, new opportunities presented themselves, and in May 2017, I moved to Austria where I now continue to practice classical Hahnemannian homeopathy. In addition to seeing patients in person, I treat patients virtually all over the world. My passion is homeopathy and I love teaching it, so I feel very fortunate to still be employed at the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine, as a Distance Education Supervisor.
I have been a registered member of the College of Homeopaths of Ontario since its inception in 2015. I am also a registered Cranioscral Therapist and enjoy enhancing the health of my patients with this modality in my practice as well.
As a young woman, I was plagued with a non-life-threatening, yet debilitating health problem. After 11 years of seeing different doctors, I was finally referred to a homeopath by a medical doctor. Before even realizing any results I decided after my first appointment, that homeopathy was what she wanted to study. It was the first time in all those years, that a doctor spent time listening to me and my health concerns and I felt like someone really cared. I suspended my studies in psychology to begin on my homeopathic journey.
I now live in Austria on a small hobby farm with my husband and teenage daughter. My family shares my love of animals and together we have 4 horses, 3 dogs and 3 cats.
I have always felt that the gentle and safe approach of Homeopathy is the best way to treat disease, be it acute or chronic. Each session with me begins with a thorough review the patient. Based on that review, I will help you decide on the remedy that fits best to your unique circumstances.
